Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026
These terms cover your use of ValetNearMe (https://valetnearme.co.uk). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is
ValetNearMe is a free directory that lists car valeting and detailing businesses in the United Kingdom and lets you compare and contact them. We are not the business providing the valeting, we do not take bookings on their behalf, and we are not party to any agreement you make with a listed business.
Accuracy of listings
Listing information is compiled from public business profiles and can change or be out of date. Ratings, review counts, locations and images are provided for comparison only. You should confirm prices, availability and service details directly with the business before booking. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete or current.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site unlawfully, or to harass, mislead or harm others.
- Do not scrape, bulk-download or resell the site content without our permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site or bypass its security or rate limits.
- Do not submit false, abusive or spam enquiries through our forms.
Business listings
If you own a listed business and want your details corrected or removed, please contact us. We will action reasonable requests, but we may keep a record where we are legally required to do so.
Advertising
The site is funded in part by advertising shown on some pages and supplied by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the websites they link to.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from relying on listing information, or from your dealings with any listed business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may change these terms, the site or its content at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
